Sliding Scale.:  Individual, Couple/Family -Sliding Scale $150,00  to  $220.00

You do not need a referral for services with Susan.  However, if you wish to receive the Medicare Rebate you will need to seek a GP referral and a Mental Health Care Plan.

Medicare Rebate = $83.00 with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
